Hey, friends and family! Truth is, I have nothing to write about...I just feel like I need to blog because I haven't written anything since Arthur Slade. So here, I've written. Sorry for wasting you time! :)

Ladies and Gentlemen, Arthur Slade

The author himself came to Rutherford Elementary today. Arthur Slade is the author of books such as Dust, The Hunchback Assignments and Monsterology, and he is hilarious. He came to our school to talk about...stuff...and he was really nice. It was fun to listen to him. I plan to request four of his books from the library. And...yeah :) That's 'bout it.

Please don't make the "herd of turtles" joke again. I've heard it a thousand times today.

Yes, that's right. Today was the grand Times Colonist 10K! The day Daddy and I've been training for for months. And it was worth it, for we achieved success and got to spend some great quality time together. And to top it all off, I got a tee-shirt. Road trip, new favorite restaurant, 10K, tee-shirt - sounds like a good weekend to me.
